How long will my order take to arrive? +
Each order is printed just for you after you place it. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by shipping. You can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 business days from the time it ships. We'll send your tracking info the moment it's on its way.
Do you ship internationally? +
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We know the cryptid community spans the globe — international shipping is something we hope to offer in the future. Stay on our email list and we'll announce when the borders open.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Reach out to us and we'll chase it down for you.
How do I find my size? +
Each product page includes a size guide with chest, length, and width measurements. We recommend measuring a shirt you already love and comparing it to our chart. Our tees tend to run true to size; hoodies have a slightly relaxed fit. When in doubt, size up.
Are your garments unisex? +
Most of our apparel is designed with a unisex fit in mind — roomy enough to layer, structured enough to wear anywhere. Specific fit details are listed on each product page. Cryptids don't believe in gendered clothing, and neither do we.
How should I care for my garment? +
To keep your design looking sharp: machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat. Iron on low heat, away from the printed area. Treat it well — unlike Bigfoot, good shirts don't just appear out of nowhere.
Can I return or exchange my order? +
Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size or preference changes — so please double-check the size guide before ordering. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do? +
We're sorry to hear that — that's not the experience we want you to have. Please email us at holmes80j@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage within 30 days of receiving your package. We'll get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order? +
We begin production quickly, so we can only accommodate cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at hello@stitchandsigil.com and we'll do our best. After that window, your order will have entered the printing queue and changes won't be possible.
My tracking hasn't updated in a while — is something wrong? +
Tracking can sometimes go quiet for a few days while your package moves between facilities — this is normal. If 5+ business days have passed with no update, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
My package says "delivered" but I haven't received it. +
First, check around your delivery area — sometimes carriers scan packages as delivered before they actually arrive, and it may show up the next day. Check with neighbors and any building management. If it still hasn't turned up after 3 business days, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and work on a resolution.

Stitch & Sigil is apparel for the curious, the skeptical, and the true believers. We create myth-inspired clothing — Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, UFOs, folklore, and the strange corners of the world — for people who keep their eyes on the treeline. Every design is made with love for the weird and wonderful.
Will you be adding new designs? +
Always. The cryptid world is vast and we're just getting started. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when new designs drop — and if you have a cryptid or folklore creature you'd love to see, let us know. We take requests from fellow believers seriously.
